There is no question that it is difficult to change a habit, especially one that has been lingering around for as long as we can remember, to the point where it becomes a part of our lives and we accept it subconsciously. Habits begin to change when our perception begins to change. This process doesn t happen over night, we shift our habits to better habits evolving over time, understanding that it is a daily process of transformation over time.
