As the seasons change, so do our energy levels. I have seasonal affective disorder so I find that my mood and energy plummet around this time of year. Even if you aren’t affected as drastically, the cold weather and shorter days do bring about a change in routine. And for many, this means less activity, more food, more layers, and the dreaded winter weight gain.
