You cannot do it all! Achieving a good work-life balance is important and deciding what you rate as important is the first step to getting that sustainable equilibrium.

This is the second article that I've seen about the work-life balance on this site and I personally don't believe in life balance I think it's all about effectively prioritizing and Incorporation

I agree, there is no choice to be made between a life and work, because work is an integral part of life. But, the phrase 'work-life balance' is a handy peg on which to hang some thoughts.

I think it's important to note that work-life balance means something different to everyone. We're all different, so give yourself that freedom and don't compare yourself to others. Also, you should return to the questionnaire a couple times each year and make yourself evaluate your balance.

Chris: I will do your work-life balance questionnaire. Today I am starting another health & lifestyle challenge for 21 days (4-4-12 h breaks between meals, avoiding sugar, taking a supplement included in the physicians' desk reference, doing exercises four times per week) through a program in a Facebook group.
