Excellent topic for discussion. Almost everyone agrees that delegation is a must if you want to grow your business by focusing on important items. Yet due to the reasons you mentioned it becomes a challenge for many leaders to let go. You have to start looking introspectively to find out what is stopping you from delegating and address those issues. Not delegating is not an option if you want to grow and have a quality life.
