Interesting write up. Amazon is always up there and yes, your title really attracted me.

I wouldn't say it is impossible and yes, you are absolutely right where ANYONE can compete with Amazon. Look at Samsung with Apple for example.

Find your own niche! As big and as strong as amazon is, there is always a greater chance of you being able to compete with it. Ensure great customer service and that will give you and edge!
