Nice article. I really don't enjoy the sales part of our business. Most of the time we ignore it and let the work come to us, but if we are "selling," we do try to follow your tips. Getting ahead of the deal and making yourself the only option are often easier said than done, but if you accomplish one or both, you're likely to land the deal.
