I'm wondering about the process of setting up a strategic opportunity review for a very small business, perhaps even for a solopreneur launching a cutting edge and very unusual product. How do you measure customer decisions on products so new there may be few or no conventional competitors and the buying public may still be trying to figure out what to make of it?
