I think that's the problem every organization needs to confront. The more we rely on technology to improve our responsiveness, to nurture and provide content, to provoke a sales person to call, to enrich the customer experience, the more we look the same!

Well written. Let’s face it, starting a business can be very easy, but staying in business can be very difficult given that our customers have too many choices on where to spend their hard-earned cash. So making your business stand out from the crowd so that people will choose to spend their dollars with you is the solution when you all do the same thing. Thanks for sharing.
