Learning to say NO is the skill that any business owner has to master. Of course, you have to do a lot of homework beforehand to understand what your business stands for and what type of clients it wants to serve, but in the end this can lead to getting the right type of project and happy client, which will result in more business down the road. Unfortunately, the opposite is also true.
