I can't imagine a high performing sales person not leveraging these tools (I'll use CRM, but include the array of Sales 2.0 tools within that) to their utmost. The demands on our time are so great, that we need to leverage as many tools as possible to maximize our effectiveness and efficiency.

I'm not so sure about the 'bait & switch' title - it can be quite annoying to see a title that has nothing to do with the article - except in some nebulous way as you described. Sometimes I feel "violated" when that happens. Commenting on the title proves they only read the title - I see that here sometimes, or people who vote once a second to appear like they're reading articles when they don't have enough time to actually do it - it's visible for literally everyone to see on the "live" page. (I've actually seen 3 votes in the same second more than once - a bit too fast to open, read, and close an article.)
