All great points. This is a great starting post for any beginning entrepreneur to read. Yep, it makes no difference what business you're in. Until you've got a customer you are not in business. Sorry to see the comments closed on this one at your blog, Gary, 'cause I'm sure you would have gotten some response. Thanks, as always, for your awesome contributions to the BizSugar community.

Thanks for the comments, hopefully a new business owner will find it useful. All of the talk these days is around social media, sales seems to be a 4 letter word these days, but it's the fastest way to get the business you want.
I don't have comments closed on purpose. I've recently had a robotic comment attack that has caused some issues with the site, we had to temporarily disable comments and now we are working through the bugs. Should be fixed in a day or so, sorry about that! By the way, you rock Heather :)
