You know, Dave, Martin Zwillig has a recent post on customer loyalty here on BizSugar and it seems to me the ideas of your post are closely related (and really important for anyone who runs a company to consider!) Customer loyalty must be earned, and it seems to me that looking to some of the issues you raise in one great way to do that.
