Hi Kimberly,

Obviously some of this advice (maintaining eye contact, for example) applies pretty much to non-digital interaction. I think an important subtext to all of this is that non-digital interaction is certainly a good idea whenever possible. It may be harder and harder in our increasingly global marketplace, but personal interaction is still what the best business is based on.
