This post is covering plenty of ways of getting more signups. I will check out the Keyword planner by Google and see what I can do with it. How would you go about to get more trial signups, if you had a product sample worth of $5?

It's a different game w/products. In this case, once they've bought from you, try to upsell/cross-sell them on other products.
