Thanks Harry much appreciated. Like all problems, the quality of the analysis is key. When sales are dropping the sales team is often the wrong place to look!

I think #1 is the most important action you need to take. If the sales have been dropping for some time you have to undertake thorough review of the business to find the source of the problem. It could be the product, customer service, bad economy. new competitor or any number of reasons. It is only by analyzing the situation you can put your finger on the possible cause and take appropriate action.
