Emailing a file and soliciting input can be wrought with problems including unclear feedback and version control depending on how many emails go back and forth. For those who attempt the age-old “pen and paper” method where documents are handed out to reviewers — difficulties can also abound from having to constantly print out various drafts to chasing after people who might not physically be in their office to receive the documents.
