That is good news for serious businesses in Nigeria and the other 9 countries. I can understand why some of these countries have been "blacklisted" due to historical incidents like the "Nigerian scam letters" and such. I have a good friend here in Gothenburg, who is a Nigerian. I think he will be pleased by the news.
