Wow, this is an incredibly informative infographic. I've often heard that the best times to post is in the morning, I've also heard this for sending out emails as well. I personally think it's best to create and send out any kind of content on Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday morning. These seem to bring me the best results. Especially when emailing.
