When it comes to collaboration software, it’s hard to find anything more ubiquitous than Microsoft SharePoint. In fact, SharePoint Server is now used by roughly 50% of corporations, according to the Association for Information and Image Management (AIIM). The challenge, however, is that SharePoint’s interface can be cumbersome and difficult for some employees to use. Actionspace provides a solution. The system serves as an add-on tool that workgroups can use to get more out of their SharePoint accounts. In this Actionspace review, I will look closely at Actionspace to determine who could benefit the most from using this web-based add-on system. I will also evaluate the platform’s award-winning features to gauge whether Actionspace is a worthwhile investment from both a cost and time perspective.
