Great list of resources. Th eworld has certainly changed form the days when the bank down on Main Street was the only place to apply for financing. These look like some great options especially in these difficult times when lending is more and more difficult to come by.

It's true, once the big banking corporations came on the scene, it all went down hill from there. These "conglomerations" are not really meant for the average consumer or even the small business owner. They are better suited to other big corporations.
