I guess I agree that Wal-mart handled it well, but honestly I hate the company. There's a lot to be admired in some of their business processes, like the whole RFID/SCM thing, but as far as their reputation, it's shot with me. I think of it as pandering to the lowest common denominator, and the whole shopping experience there is repulsive.
