Hi Glen, I've had a recent smaller example here in Ireland with a telco. After a long heated phone exchange, I called them out using social media. Within a week, my problem was solved! Smart companies are taking to social media outlets, like Twitter, and are building up great relationships with their base. We may not be able to put a face on a corporation but at least we can have some interaction to make people feel like more than bottom line numbers.
