Thanks for sharing this advice on headshots. I think sometimes bloggers don't take enough time to think about the quality or appropriateness of the photo they put forth on their profile. Worry less about getting a standard headshot taken. You don't need to hire a professional photographer for this necessarily. The point is that the shot should fit the image you are trying to convey. For example, a professional clown selling services for kids parties will want a different photo than a guy offering computer consulting. What qualities are you trying to communicate with your headshot?
