This post express a different mindset than the usual one you can find in the blogosphere. It is more entrepreneurial (even corporate) culture and I think it fits very well in the Bizsugar community.

The takeaway here: You need to pay attention to your reputation even from the beginning (a thing that most bloggers don't do in the first few months) and important tools are provided to help a small business owner manage his (her) reputation.
