Android is a great service I use but I can’t purchase an Android app without using Google Wallet and I can’t leave a review without using Google+. That’s the type of heavy handed approach Google is taking. They want you in their garden now and they want to keep you there.

Guess it depends on ones definition of "evil" Tom. They certainly do everything within their power to make their products/services dependent on their other products/services. I've also noticed their algorithm changes just happen to benefit very large corporations that can afford to pump a ton of money into their brand awareness campaigns!
