In corporate culture, businesses constantly run into the term VoIP. This is because of the impact it’s had on professional communication, both local and international. For those still toying with the idea of VoIP technology, they see a market full of products and programs. But as more providers sprout, the decision becomes harder to make, and so some businesses grant employees the freedom to use whichever VoIP application they desire. The problem with doing so, however, is that consumer VoIP programs do not offer the same benefits as business VoIP solutions. In fact, they can bring some disadvantages into the workplace.
