I find that adding a little humor to my videos help get more views. People tend to share things that make them smile. I just started experimenting with that and so far so good.
As far as pure SEO strategy goes, I think that both the Adwords Keyword tool and the Youtube keyword tool are being shut down by Google very soon, if not already.
But all you need to do is go to the search box on YouTube and start typing in the keyword to see what the other YouTubers are doing. That way you can combine the best of the best to get your title optimized. After all, if they are getting tons of views on their videos, they must be doing something right.
