Great post, Sylviane. Extremely valuable info here. I've heard before that there's a psychology behind words and choosing the right ones when it comes to copy writing. One thing that I know works well is to just simply write the way that you talk. When you write the way you naturally speak, your readers feel as if your speaking directly to them and they trust you quicker. I aim to write like this in every post I create. I love to read posts that are written in a conversational tone, it's so engaging and much more fun to read. Thanks for sharing such a great resource with us. I appreciate it!
