Videos were the deciding factor that helped me choose between 3 competing businesses. I ended up purchasing from the business that used videos to quickly demonstrate how the product differed from alternatives, how to use the product and how to install it. The complete post is [on my blog.]

Prospects are searching for the best solution to their problem and don’t expect to be entertained. Your videos do not have to be “Super Bowl” quality nor expensive. Focus on demonstrating your expertise with “how to” or “product overview” videos. They can be a 2 minute video of your PowerPoint pitch using free software like Jing, for example. They could be a two minute product demonstration using a camcorder. Use them on your website to convince prospects you are their best choice. Upload them to YouTube to generate even more prospects to your website.

Videos can set you apart from your competition!
