Spam is certainly one of those realities many businesses face and unfortunately many of the steps you might take to protect your e-mail from spammers or prevent them from commenting on your site could also prevent legitimate customers from contacting or interacting with your business. The alternative is to deal with spam usually through some kind of filtering in e-mail or by holding comments for moderation.
