Hi Jonny,

Really excellent advice here. The most important thing to remember is the importance of engaging with potential customers, as you allude to here. Some businesses simply set up a Facebook page, LinkedIn account etc. and then just push out a company message, not a particularly effective strategy since this is talking at not talking with your prospects.
