Another great post, Gabe. The lightbox/popup form tip is a fantastic list builder. Like you mentioned, some people might get annoyed by them but the WORK. You have to remember, if you're blogging to make money, you have to run your blog efficiently to make money, like a true business and list building with popups is definitely a great business move.
