I must admit that I hadn't even heard of most of the tools you mentioned in the article, so it was great reading and lots of good advices. The introduction with the four advices were great, and I totally agree on the points, especially on the one where you say that people who only share their own stuff seems to be little interested in what others write and do, which for sure can give a negative reputation.
