This was a great read, Kimberly!

It's important to remind marketers just what makes brands the most attractive to customers. Not great products, but a great purpose behind those products.

After the initial grab of your customer's attentions with a great story, how would you advise keeping clients as loyal fans? Do you tell new stories or spin the same tale in different ways?
