If you need content to get those search engine rankings it needs to be content, not factory generated semi-spam produced by someone who can't spell or speak the language and knows nothing about your subject.
To be fair, I am sure there are plenty of people "overseas" who can produce quality work. And there are certainly plenty of us online that can neither write nor spell in our first language.
