I really enjoyed reading your blog posts Pam. It was very enlightening and inspiring because it is telling us to do better. Incredibly informative post, Pam.

Social media is about much more than automatically syndicating your new blog posts to update on all of your social networks; it actually requires that you be be sociable.

That means you have to roll up your sleeves and dig in deep; getting your hands dirty in the folds of actually reading others blogs post and leaving insightful comments, not one liners. And putting in a genuine effort to reach out and connect. Once I grasped that concept, social media began to make sense and became a thousand times more fun.
