This was really a great case study, Houlihan's took the fajita's off the menu. They had heard rumblings that customers weren't happy about that. However, it wasn't until they opened their community did they realize they had a "fajita freakout" on their hands. Jen did a really good job at presenting how Houlihan's handled this.
