I was recently reading an article on Website Magazine that touched upon a topic about which I have some pretty strong feelings. The article discusses the recent surge of online content and the importance of that content being high-quality. The article brings up the point that if the content is not high-quality and contains typos or grammatical issues, then there can be detrimental results.

I'm not defending making typos or doing shoddy work, but what I absolutely hate is when "editors" rework whole articles not for spelling, grammar, or style, but in order to put their stamp on the work, to make their mark, or justify their purpose as an "editor". In my humble opinion, editors should be catching the typos and usage issues, not drastically altering work to make it their own. Thanks for submitting!

Great post that was very timely. I was just reading another post and the grammar and spelling was so bad I switched off half way through. Thanks for sharing this on Bizsugar.com
