Priya, I think I see what you're saying about the "fresher writing style" of out-sourced copy (or multi-author blogs), but I think that's mainly if your own copy is pedestrian or boring, in which case the reason above it - "better quality writing" - applies. If one isn't satisfied with their own writing, and/or has little motivation to write consistently, maybe ghost-writing is the answer. If the author is scintillating & loves writing, no.
