Entrepreneurs who have broken new frontiers know that managing business effectively goes beyond having a wonderful business plan. They know that to run a successful business that can compete favorably with fulfilled businesses; one must never toy with sincerity.

Being sincere in business is one of the strongest attributes you can have. If you are truly sincere in your relationships, a lot of weaknesses you may have will be overlooked.

Perhaps it's just me and my crazy expectations, but it seems fewer and fewer business owners are sincere enough to 1) get my business in the first place, 2) IF they get my business, I will not be a repeat customer, and 3) get customer referrals from me. Even if your (potential) customers can't see your face, they still get to know you - your personality, your tolerances, the way you respond. Sincerity is not learned, it is a part of who you are.
