Carol:I think it will be good for marketing if you understand that you should have a conversation in your communication, instead of the traditional marketing with pushing out your message through a megaphone.

Hi Martin,

Yeah, I know what you mean. I’ve never had that style of marketing, so it’s not affecting me much. My subscribers trust me and have bonded with me, so this change won’t affect my open rates much at all.

I’ve disabled Gmail Tabs, however, because I liked it the old classic style.
