I'm a BIG believer in social media and outreach via social networking sites — which is why I'm constantly taking about Twitter, LinkedIn, Digg and Facebook and the value they hold for entrepreneurs. But something I haven't covered is how to know whether or not your efforts are truly beneficial — measuring the ROI.
