A few comments here and there on a YouTube video, a forum page, review site or Twitter can easily snowball into a PR crisis or add value to a brand. Monitoring online discussions, conversations and people’s sentiments are not just an indicator of what customers are saying, they are a influencers of a businesses brand equity.

Right, Buzz, and in the case of United Airlines, I believe Taylor Guitars came off best - they replaced the broken guitar at their expense, when they had no obligation to do so.
