Interesting results but perhaps not that surprising. I'm not surprised, for example, that Twitter and other community tools are resistant to traditional demographic analysis. To some degree, these accelerated facilitators of independent communication will, by their very nature, break down traditional demographic behaviors by connecting individuals in ways they might never have been linked in more traditional social and demographic groupings. We are boring down here to very basic behavior defying traditional demographic interaction and changing the ways people can and will interact.
