Thanks for the kind words.

Grrrrr.... the comment box ... Many thanks for bringing this to my attention. I found the culprit. I recently updated a bunch of plugins and one of these is now in conflict with my theme. I had to disable the plugin and clear my cache to have to box working again.

The comment box is now working.

For my post headline, I tried to pick something that wasn't chosen before. However, other bloggers used the term "spy". You may be interested in these two posts for more syping or business intelligence tools:
