A very interesting article as always Adrienne and, I'm sure a lot of people will like to read this as many don't actually know how to measure their blogs success. There are so many ways to know how successful your blog is and, all the tips you shared here including Ti's comment are surely the easiest ways to know this. Thanks for sharing this with the bizsugar community.

Great post, Adrienne.

Was very enjoyable to read as I sat at my desk eating my lunch. :)

Well, I measure blog success by a combination of the things you mentioned above. But mostly by:

- Traffic

- Subscriber growth

- Comments

- Recognition

(In no particular order)

These all play into each other and each helps my bottom line to grow, which is income. But, I’m not all harped up about it. As long as I can have fun and enjoy my journey, I’m happy.

Most successes early on are non-monetary things. I think that’s what most new bloggers have to realized. It’s important to take each bit of success they have in stride and celebrate the heck out of it. I know I did!
