Great list of tips, Kevin. It took me a while to get the gist of focused marketing but once I did my business and traffic started to take off. I agree that it takes focus and concentration to discover what you're good at. One thing that I've learned that I'm pretty good at is engagement and interacting with other bloggers in my niche and building solid relationships. I also discovered that I have a cool writing style. Because I've taken the time to learn this about myself, I'm simply going to get more focused on these few methods and engage in more guest blogging and relationship building, while incorporating some interactive video marketing into my strategy. This is my plan for 2013 and I think it's gong to work rather well for me. I would definitely encourage others to take the time to discover their strengths as well. Knowing this information will help you be more productive in less time.

Firms that are successful in marketing invariably start with a marketing plan. Large companies have plans with hundreds of pages; small companies can get by with a half-dozen sheets. Put your marketing plan in a three-ring binder. Refer to it at least quarterly, but better yet monthly. Thanks for sharing.
