Tabitha: I will publish both an ebook and hardcover book in order to market my interest in tea. I will solve the problem that the "average" Joe doesn't know much about tea and the individual who is eager to learn a bit more, will have a source to revert to. I hopefully will get remember for my interest in tea and that could lead to different things in the future... I will be gathering contact information for my future tea products and speaking tour and as a result of publishing a book, I will have some kind of recognition as an expert. I have an interest for tea for a very long time.
