Hi Geri,

I like these tips but probably the best one you can give anybody is to find what works best for you. Not everybody is productive in the same situations. It's a difficulty managers have been dealing with since...well, since there have been managers. And it's why some talent is simply a bad fit for some situations no matter how it has flourished elsewhere.
