Your prospective customers are everywhere! They are reading blogs, news, watching videos, playing games and maybe even buying educational or informational products from other experts. They are everywhere but on your website or blog.

You see them engaging with people who have content you know isn't very good. You see them engaging on social media around problems with others who are not qualified to help them. Some guy with a 45 second video that said nothing has 20,000 views.

So, what in the world is really going on? Why aren't they on your website? Why aren't they reading your articles? Why aren't they buying from you?
